Great question, thank you for inquiring! Once we receive your order, we will send you an engraving proof within 1-2 business days. Once the proof is approved by you, it typically only takes us a couple of days to complete the personalization. Since you are in Washington State and we are in Maine, transit time from us to you will be the longest part of the process. I would recommend opting for a 2 day air shipping option at checkout.

Typically, we email a proof out within 1-2 days of placing an order. Once the proof is approved, it takes approximately 1-2 business days to engrave and ship the urn. We do have expedited shipping options available for an additional cost and is based on where we are shipping. Ground shipping is free on these urns and most orders over $125.00
