Hello, yes absolutely. After you place your order for a custom photo urn, you'll receive a proof of the layout and photo to approve (or make changes on). When approved, we'll put the customizable urn in production. A proof usually arrives to your email inbox in about 1 business day. After the artwork is approved by you, they are usually personalized and shipped in about 2-3 days. We do offer rush services and expedited shipping if you need either.
