Yes, this small TSA approved urn is designed for that purpose. Please read answer thoroughly :) Cremated remains are permitted to be mailed to a UK address as the UK does not prohibit the contents. USPS Priority Mail Express International service is the only way for a person or organization to ship cremated remains. You can't use UPS for FedEx. Permission is not required to repatriate cremated remains from the US to the UK. Some countries require documentation or certificates of 'non-objection', but this is not required for shipments of ashes entering the United Kingdom. This Airline Safe Temporary TSA Travel Cremation Urn is safe for air travel or shipping. We even include an official USPS Cremated Remains sticker.
Here is a helpful article as well. Publication 139 - How to Package and Ship Cremated Remains
Last, please check with our local post office as they may have this Cremated Remains Kit in stock and you could put our TSA temp urn in there. These kits are free and work great with our urn as it provides an added layer of protection at no additional cost :)
And of course alternatively you could even take our temporary urn on an airplane.
