- Service Commitment: We guarantee same-day proofs for all orders placed before noon (12:00 PM).
- Benefit: Ensures you receive timely visual confirmation of your order, allowing for quick approvals and adjustments.
One Day Production When Needed
- Service Commitment: For orders approved by noon (12:00 PM), we promise 1-day production for orders that need it. The urn will be produced either that same day or within 1 business day.
- Benefit: Fast turnaround times ensure your products are ready and shipped promptly, meeting the urgent needs of your families.
The “Maine”-ly Geographical Advantage
- Service Commitment: We are located in Maine, and most of our trade professional customers are located in New England, New York and Pennsylvania.
- Benefit: Geography is on your side. Most UPS ground orders will be delivered next day (New England), providing you with quicker access to our products and reducing waiting times. NY, PA down to VA are two business days with UPS Ground.
Dedicated Support - 'Bat Phone' Number
