The pendant does includes a 36" satin ribbon for hanging. Unfortunately, we do not offer a chain with this item, however, any standard pendant chain would be able to fit through the opening on this pendant.
Does this come with a gold satin ribbon as shown? I read in one of the review comments that it did not. Gold Oval Cremation Urn Pendant - Engravable
Also...can a chain be substituted for a ribbon?
Finally, how long of a turnaround time would it be if I ordered the engraved version today?
