Thank you for your question. If you are ordering an urn that requires a photo, there will be a photo upload section on the order sheet for your convenience. You can upload your photo during the ordering process, or if you prefer, you may email your photo to us at service@mainelyurns.com. Additionally, we offer urns that double as photo frames, allowing you to insert your own photo once you receive your urn.
